1. You must be 21 and up to order

2. We reserve the right to refuse service to ANYONE for ANY reason.

3. We do not guarantee germination as these are meant to be sold as souvenirs and should not be germinated unless it is legal in your country.

4. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

5. We guarantee delivery within 28 days unless you have been notified otherwise.

Soak'n Beans cannot be held responsible for the actions of persons who purchase our seeds. Soak'n Beans can sell you cannabis seeds legally for the use of fishing bait additives or as luxury bird food or as souvenirs. Or you may purchase to store, in case the law changes.
